Introduction
Named after its location, Lee-Ming Institute of Technology is a private university that was established as a vocational school in 1969 and became an institute of technology in 2002.
Situated in New Taipei City, the school can be easily accessed by the MRT Airport Line, and it is only 25 minutes away from famous attractions such as Taipei 101, the National Palace Museum, and Ximending by car.
Our teaching objectives are employability-oriented, and we focus on fostering professional abilities in our students. At present, the institute comprises four colleges: the College of Film and Arts (Performing Arts, Film and Television, and Drama Theatre), the College of Fashion and Creativity (Applied Cosmetology, Fashion and Design, Digital Multimedia Technology, and Digital Marketing Management), the College of Tourism of Hospitality (Food & Beverage Management, and Tourism and Leisure Management), and the College of Intelligent Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Smart Manufacturing Engineering, and Vehicle Engineering).
Each department is equipped with an examination venue for national-level certification, where students can receive certification training to enhance their employability.
Our students have won multiple awards in international technical competitions, earning the institute the Outstanding Technical and Vocational Education Award —the highest honor in technical and vocational education —for six years.
