一、依據農業部動植物防疫檢疫署本(114)年5月20日防檢二字第1141867995A號函辦理。

According to the letter No. 1141867995A issued on May 20, 2025 (Year 114) by the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Agriculture.

二、上揭來函略以：

The main points of the aforementioned letter are as follows:

Những nội dung chính của công văn như sau:

(一)端午節將屆，根據往年數據，預期違規輸入案件恐增加，為防範非洲豬瘟等境外重大動物傳染病入侵，落實邊境檢疫措施，請賡續協助對僑生加強宣導，配合我國防檢疫措施，勿攜帶動植物檢疫物入境，並請渠等轉知國外親友勿郵遞寄送豬肉產品等動物檢疫物來臺，以免受罰。

 As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, data from previous years suggest an increase in illegal imports. To prevent the entry of major foreign animal diseases such as African Swine Fever and to enforce border quarantine measures, please continue to promote awareness among overseas students. They should comply with Taiwan’s quarantine regulations and must not bring any animal or plant quarantine items into the country. Please also remind their family and friends abroad not to mail pork products or other animal items to Taiwan to avoid penalties.

(1) Dịp Tết Đoan Ngọ sắp đến, theo dữ liệu những năm trước, số vụ nhập cảnh trái phép dự kiến sẽ tăng. Nhằm phòng ngừa các dịch bệnh truyền nhiễm nguy hiểm từ nước ngoài như dịch tả heo Châu Phi và thực hiện nghiêm các biện pháp kiểm dịch biên giới, đề nghị tiếp tục tuyên truyền cho lưu học sinh. Họ cần tuân thủ quy định kiểm dịch của Đài Loan và không mang theo động, thực vật hoặc sản phẩm liên quan khi nhập cảnh. Đồng thời, xin nhắc nhở người thân ở nước ngoài không gửi thịt heo hoặc các sản phẩm từ động vật qua đường bưu điện đến Đài Loan để tránh bị phạt.

(二)倘自近三年發生非洲豬瘟之國家(地區)違規攜帶豬肉產品入境遭查獲，第1次裁罰新臺幣20萬元罰鍰，第2次違規者即裁罰新臺幣100萬元罰鍰；如未具居留身分，遭裁處新臺幣20萬元罰鍰而無法當場繳清者，由該署轄區分署移送內政部移民署拒絕其入境。另自111年5月20日起自發生非洲豬瘟之國家(地區)以郵遞寄送輸入豬肉產品至我國之收件人，經查證屬實者，第1次裁罰新臺幣20萬元罰鍰，第2次以上裁罰新臺幣100萬元罰鍰。

**If a traveler from a country/region with African Swine Fever (ASF) in the past three years illegally brings pork products into Taiwan and is caught:

• 1st offense: NT$200,000 fine

• 2nd offense: NT$1,000,000 fine
  
  If the violator does not have a residence permit and cannot pay the NT$200,000 fine on the spot, they will be denied entry by the Immigration Agency.
  
  Also, starting from May 20, 2022, if pork products from ASF-affected areas are mailed to Taiwan and the recipient is verified, the same fines apply.**

** Nếu mang trái phép thịt heo từ các quốc gia/khu vực có dịch tả heo Châu Phi trong vòng 3 năm trở lại đây và bị phát hiện:

• Vi phạm lần 1: phạt 200,000 Đài tệ

• Vi phạm lần 2 trở lên: phạt 1,000,000 Đài tệ
  
  Trường hợp không có tư cách lưu trú và không thể nộp phạt ngay, sẽ bị chuyển cho Cục Di trú từ chối nhập cảnh.
  
  Ngoài ra, kể từ ngày 20/5/2022, nếu nhận bưu phẩm có thịt heo từ vùng có dịch ASF, người nhận sẽ bị xử phạt tương tự.**
